The new I-O Xip+14D Twinax Controller connects up to 14 IBM & IBM Compatible Twinax display stations and printers to IBM Power System(Power System i, iSeries, or AS/400) hosts via TCP/IP over an Ethernet Network. This cost saving controller protects the investment of up to 14 Twinax 5250 displays and IPDS/SCS system printers by allowing them to function in an Ethernet environment. The Xip+D Controller is housed in a desktop case.
